An inflight review is a crucial tool designed to identify both the successes and areas for improvement within a transformation programme. It involves a series of stakeholder interviews, workshops, and conversations aimed at understanding the overall performance of the programme.
We believe there are nine key phases in an inflight review which can be done in parallel to get the best result in the shortest time but it is important not to miss out on any of the key stakeholders or stakeholder groups.
